Alpha MMA/RCBJJ Lawton

A brown belt under Derek Lemos,  Jeff is a Pan American Brown belt world champion and bronze medalist at IBJJF worlds. Jeff instructs RCBJJ-Lawton's Adult Beginner NOGI classes and assists in instructing RCBJJ-Lawton's Kids Program. We are extremely blessed to have Coach Jeff and his family in our RCBJJ-Lawton family!
