TRAINING BRAZILIAN JIU-JITSU IS PHYSICAL BUT NOT DANGEROUS.

Classes are an intense workout consisting of warm ups, techniques, drills, and sparring. Combined with Healthy eating, consistent training will lead to weight loss, visible muscle tone and increase in strength and flexibility. For Women specially, learning Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu aid in any self defense situation.

For all, after gaining an understanding of the concepts, awareness of ones strength will develop and confidence will surge and/or increase.
